• All calculations, forecasts, and recommendations are for informational purposes only
• You use our platform entirely at your own risk

3. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain the free nature of our service, we reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the free service at any time
• Introduce paid features or premium tiers
• Limit access to certain features
• Change the terms of service without prior notice

Note: While we reserve these rights, we have no current plans to revoke the free service and are committed to keeping Tenovo accessible to Australian property investors.

Tenovo is NOT a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice. Our platform is designed to:

• Offer scenario modeling capabilities
• Display historical data and trends
• Assist with portfolio tracking

All decisions regarding property investments, financial planning, and tax strategies should be made in consultation with qualified professionals such as financial advisors, accountants, and legal professionals.

As a user of our free service, you agree to:
